"marches" on....

Winter continues on... and I think this is when I get a bit discouraged.. we expect snow in December, January and February, but come March.. it's time to think spring. This year, spring is way aways... we have storms coming in every few days with a few inches of snow, sometimes more. However, a brightness came today.. these pretty flowers sent to my by Sherry... my friend and the gal who cuts my hair... just to say she's thinking of me, and that she felt sorry when she heard that we had lost Silver. Nice to find happy fun gifts like this at your door.....
Moving snow seems to be the theme on the farm right now. Doesn't take too many snow storms for the driveway to start closing in, so on the weekends, Ed goes out and tries to push it back.... allowing more room for the next storm. This little tractor of ours is getting a work out this year for sure....
Joey went to visit the vets.... They are so good to us to sponsor these dogs, and they always are so happy when I come in with a new one.....
He, of course,  loved all the attention that he got.... giving kisses to Tammy....
Dr. T announced that he is a happy, healthy boy..... and all is good....
I thought it might be fun and interesting to take photos of the stone horse every few days threw out March and April... to make his progress with the snow drop... or snow add.. I guess depending on the weather...
and then thought better of this idea, when in came more snow, and he began to disappear once again....
One good thing (well, there are several).. but the good thing I'm thinking about, is the kennel has been nice and busy. I am getting calls all the time to see if doggies can come and visit, because people are done have fun with the snow and are heading out to warmer and sunnier places....
I sometimes think... "why aren't I heading out to those warm places myself"... but alas, the farm keeps us here... so I might as well make a bit of money while we wait for spring.....

Just wish it would hurry up a little bit!!!!
